Preferred candidates will have a successful track record as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Dining Room Manager with full-service restaurant experience. Responsible for all functions of the restaurant including opening, mid and closing shifts. Must be able to coordinate staff and resources in a high-volume environment. Strong sales building skills, knowledge of profit and loss, excellent communication skills, and a positive, results-oriented attitude are a must. Must be able to make raving fans of our guests, fellow associates, purveyors, investors and the communities in which we do business.
